2019-08-12 19:13:42This hotel really gives me the most safe and relaxing stay in Nagoya Batam. It Maybe a little old..but the room is good enough for you to have a relaxing and comfortable stay.. It just a 5 minutes walk from Nagoya Hill Mall. A small indoor pool and a gym gives me a complete stay, too bad i wasnt able to try their spa. You will fell safe as the elevator is accessable by bin cards so onky hotel guest can access it. The room has also a DVD player and you may borrow some disc from their movie library.

2019-08-09 13:35:24I’ve seen good reviews about this hotel hence I and my friends decided to book this hotel for our weekend getaway. The rooms are very clean and the front desk gave us adjoining room which made it easier for our group. The breakfast buffet is sufficient and tasty. This hotel is a short walk to Nagoya shopping mall (through hotel back entrance). I would come again here when I have weekend stay in Batam.

2019-07-05 23:56:35We are a big group of 20 staying in Harmoni Suites. There are three Harmoni groups hotels so make sure you get to the right one. We reached the hotels pretty early and there were able to accommodate and gave us one room to put all the luggage. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful. They can speak and understand English as well. Location of the hotel is very good as it is 10min walk to Nagoya Hills shopping mall.

2019-06-15 05:11:37Old hotel but could notice refurbishment has been done. Carpet cleaning small is very strong inside the hotel. Room is spacious but visibly still can detect it's an old hotel. Breakfast spread is reasonable though.

2019-06-05 12:06:17We visited Batam via Sing in a ferry that took 60 minutes. Value for money compared to cost in Singapore Hotel was excellent while everything is cheap in batam. Great food and people . Excellant shopping malls and things to do
