2019-08-15 17:07:25WOW!! Love this hotel!! Check-in by a staff named "Ghea" She is so helpful with everything! This was our first time visiting Batam, she is so patient explaining things to do in that area. She even organized a whole day private tour for us to explore the city. Breakfast is great, the pool table in the lobby is a great place to hang out. Room is big and comfortable. "Ghea" deserve a shout out! Her customer service was great! Definitely will be back!!!!

I would like to name Mr Arif and a lady at concierge who is very nice to my family and even all customers. For future stay in Batam will make this hotel first priority. Many thanks to this hotel and staffs

Only 2-3 min drive from the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and the Mega Mall. 5 min drive to the Pasir Putih market where you can get better eats for meals than in the malls. Helpful taxi service and staff. Nice big lobby, rooms ok but in need of touch up.

2019-07-03 19:37:57We stayed for two nights and one day. Friendly staff. Room service was good too. Rooms were small though. We kept the used cutleries outside our room which were left unremoved for more than 12 hours. This surprised me. Breakfast menu was so-so. Worth a visit.

2019-06-03 22:51:44Came to batam only for one night transit from singapore. Find this hotel because its the nearest one from batam centre ferry terminal. I booked for double bed roombut because the occupancy rate that day its quite high they said only the twin bed rooms left but they trying to to find me the double one and they made it even i have to wait first. The room is not so big but not bad also. Love the bathroom who have the bathtub. Breakfast is good, loved the pancake and the croissant. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they manage to find me a lighting connector, the in house spa (aruma spa) is also wonderful, ill write the review later. Its recommended to stay here

2019-01-25 21:10:48The hotel provides fast check in and guest only sit comfortably with self served welcome drink, while the guest relation officer took our identity card and proceed to receptionist to arrange our check in documents. What I saw is this hotel has too many empty spaces unused and such a waste I think. The room is quite dark with no sunlight come in and the type of bathroom is still old style with bath tub.
