Things to Note
- Check-In Time is at 2 pm whereas Check-Out Time is at 12 pm (Batam Time).
- Assemble at Harbourfront Centre before boarding the ferry and departing to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. The ferry ride will take approximately 1 hour.
- Land Transfer from the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal to the Hotel will take approximately 40 minutes.
- A 40-45 minutes drive is required to get to Nagoya Hill / BCS Shopping Mall.
- Upon Checking-In, a Room Deposit of IDR 500,000 per room is required.
- Both Harris Suite and Harris Villa have two bedrooms each, consisting of one King-Sized Bed and one Set of Twin Beds. Two extra beds can be added.

Hotel cleanliness superb but still room for improvement on the foods. Overall all are perfect with friendly staff. My personal consultant promptly reply to my query before & during the trip, especially we held back at the Batam Ctr upon arrival coz to over crowded & miss our bus frm Batam ctr to the Resort & we took the next trip to the resort. Hope for our next trip with ‘weekend go where’

Package for 2A2C was very worth it and comes with free karaoke session, bicycle usage & a pan of pizza! Our kids had so much fun! Our travel consultant, Reinie was so patient and prompt in answering to our many enquiries. Transaction and booking confirmation done by her were very smooth with no hassle. Will definitely return to her for our future holidays!

And a nice romantic dinner. Overall, the experience was good. Worth the spending for 3D2N trip. Wished I had stayed longer.

Maybe have to highlight that need to prepare deposit, some.dont bring extra cash or credit. food wise not so good. the Kelong seafood nearby is good, cheap and fresh...value for money. kids love the swimming pools, with 4 types of pools to choose. overall good experience and will love to return soon

2018-08-01 23:03:41Natalis is my tour agent, very helpful , friendly and reply me promptly and efficiently.... I was worried , afraid of resort bus wont turn up. This is my first time to there. When i walked out from the arrival hall, i was shock the bus really didnt turn up. I asked the people around there. They told me i was early. Lucky i know a bit malay. I waited almost 1 hour , the resort with logo bus then come. That was so relieved. If not my wife sure scold me for not well prepare. Harris resort barelang batam staff serivices was good they brought us to the resort to check in... The resort is very nice , very near the beach. My room is seaview and it just newly open less than a year. But the meal there not so convenient. Seafood resturant very far from the resort and the cafe food dont have much choice, even room service menu also few items only. Hope future they can improve. Short trip is ok , long trip not recommend.

Since it was my first time, i gave my full trust in this travel agency and I have big expectations and fortunately they never failed me. The agency was approachable. I have so many questions and they answered it all patiently. They were also the one who recommended me an affordable yet great resort to stay which is the Harris Resort Barelang. It was a newly opened resort but it was amazing. Everything was amazing. From the pool to the food and the beach. And also the room itself. The room was so clean and so comfy. And It is really worth it that I choose to have contacted a travel agency because we (me and my boyfriend) celebrated the holiday smoothly without experiencing any trouble from going to indonesia ferry terminal, to the resort and vice versa. And in my next holiday celebration, I would still choose this travel agency. First impression lasts. And they let me have a good impression of them.
