2018-05-29 18:03:19A big thank you to team whom made our 2D1N Batam trip very smooth and pleasant. It was very organised and tour guide was super accommodating. There was a few hiccups before and during the trip but lucky all ended well and fun. 1. One staff quit just before the trip thus we also requested a refund thru Miss Candy. It was refunded very shortly. 2. One staff need to change ferry return date . Tour guide help to call and change thru the phone and even drop off my staff at ferry terminal. 3. One staff felt unwell during trip, tour guide arranged to drop her off at hotel to rest first.
