2018-12-07 08:05:47A hassle free and simple day trip to Batam! Carol was helpful and prompt in handling my trip. Although there were 8 of us but we are lucky to have a whole van by ourselves. The friendly tour leader was good. We met with a slight hiccup but he handled it well. The seafood lunch was good but it’s all spicy and not really suitable for kids or people who don’t take chilli. The golden layer cake was surprisingly GREAT! Overall was an enjoyable and relax day trip! Thank u!

Our consultant Jeanic was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole booking process. Even after the booking, she continued to be responsive to our small questions. The trip itself was pleasant and the itinerary was well-planned. As we were travelling with a young child, we felt that it wasn’t too rushed. The service crew that we have met - tour guide, bus Drivers, hotel crew, are all polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks WGW for the great trip!

2018-05-29 08:32:12A big thank you to team whom made our 2D1N Batam trip very smooth and pleasant. It was very organised and tour guide was super accommodating. There was a few hiccups before and during the trip but lucky all ended well and fun. 1. One staff quit just before the trip thus we also requested a refund thru Miss Candy. It was refunded very shortly. 2. One staff need to change ferry return date . Tour guide help to call and change thru the phone and even drop off my staff at ferry terminal. 3. One staff felt unwell during trip, tour guide arranged to drop her off at hotel to rest first.
