2018-06-07 12:13:28Booked a 3D2N Stay at Hatten Hotel Melaka with Candy. Booking was made 4days prior to the visit and Candy made our holiday possible by helping me to check in with the hotel. The coach that we took to Malacca is comfortable and the hotel stay is pleasant (room is big enough for us and there is a variety of breakfast served). Hotel staff are nice and approachable. 2016-12-06 13:25:09Very well located near shopping malls and attractions. Hotel room is very clean and bedding very new and clean too. Great breakfast served in their Ballroom. Walking distance to Tourist attraction and well known Jonker Street. Uber call is fast and very cheap.

2016-08-01 03:44:27The stay at the hotel was great as we receive warmest welcome from the service staffs! The junior suite room was spacious with great Swimming pool view. We enjoy the bed with deep sleep too. Overall the cleanliness of the room was great and thank you for the pleasant stay!

1970-01-01 11:43:33Got a room with a nice pool view & overlooking the shopping district. Room was clean, nice scented and associates were wonderful especially from the Concierge, Ronald was so courteous & friendly. Location was great, just right at the heart of the shopping paradise.
